    Lao Cong Shui Xian
A beautiful Wuyi Rock tea that has been quite intensely roasted above charcoal. The tea is from the variety Shuixian (daffodil or water ghost). It is possible to find some old and even some very old trees of the Shuixian variety in different locations on Wuyishan. These are then also called Bai Nian Cong Shui Xian, which means Shuixian from 100 year old bushes. The leaves harvested stem from 100 year old bushes near Ma'anyan, the horse-saddle rock. The age of the trees gives the tea more depth and intensity, which the dark roasting underlines well.
  7. Zhang Ping Shui Xian

    Zhang Ping Shui Xian
A beautiful und particular tea made from very large leaves of the Shuixian tea plant variety. A good, green Oolong that went through a long withering process, to then be tossed and oxidised in air conditioned, cool rooms. Through the long withering, the tea goes through a more intense oxidation and through the cool temperatures the tea remains fresh and green. At the end of the production, it is being pressed into small cushions.
  8. Shui Xian Shi Liang Cha 2014

Shui Xian Shi Liang Cha 2014
This Heicha is made from Shuixian teaplants from Fenghuang; it can thus be considered a Phoenix Heicha. Harvested in the spring of 2013 from the tea varietal Shui Xian Bai Ye in Fenghuang as well as the neighbouring district, Raoping. The tea has then been crafted into a Heicha in Anhua, in Hunan province. It is in Anhua province that the traditional Heicha Qianliangcha and Fuzhuancha are produced.
  9. Tan Bei Zhang Ping Shui Xian

Tan Bei Zhang Ping Shui Xian
A Zhangping Shuixian of great quality being produced in small quantities, lightly roasted over charcoal. Very well produced, with a more pronounced oxidation than is usual for Zhangping Shuixian. The oxidation takes place at room temperature and only the second tossing of the leaves takes place in an air-conditioned environment, resulting in a greener freshness.
