A simple Anxi Oolong made from the Benshan variety tea plant, which is native to Anxi and often sold by mistake as Tieguanyin, which ist a more common name. This Benshan is lightly roasted and replaces the currently unavailable Maoxie.

A beautiful Minnan Oolong made from the tea-variety Benshan. Benshan are often sold as Tie Guan Yin, since Tie Guan Yin can be sold at a higher price than Benshan, due to the reputation of the name. This tea was produced in Xiping, which is considered the origine of Anxi Oolong. The tea has been oxidised while being chilled and it has not been roasted.

Gently floral, delicately sweet and lush with fresh grassy notes.

Simple nice tea produced from Jinmudan variety, meaning Golden Peaony. Produced like An Xi Oolong, but from Nanjing within Zhangzhou, in the south-west of Anxi. A slight roasting at the end gives the tea a prickling note. This sweet and fruity tea replaces the currently unavailable Qilan.
