This Maccha received its name from the Urasenke tea school for its superior quality. (English transcription: Matcha Ennennomukashi). The tea has been harvested manually.

This tea is meant for Chanoyu (the japanese tea ceremony) and suitable for Kocha (thick tea).
Character:
Aromas that remind of aromatic, roasted sesame. Sharp, umami as a foundation fot delicious aromas, which shape the world of Maccha. This tea's rich intensity develpes into a flowery, sweat and simultaneously vegetal-spicy bouquet.

Description:
Very interesting ground Kamairicha. This means that it is not heated above hot steam (as most Japanese teas are), but only in a wok, i.e. dry, just like nowadays' Chinese green teas. Kama-iri means then tea roasted in a cauldron. The Tencha was produced in 2020 and has been stored in a cool place since then. Freshly ground into Maccha in spring 2021, please store in the fridge.
