Maccha Kama-iri
Very interesting ground Kamairicha. This means that it is not heated above hot steam (as most Japanese teas are), but only in a wok, i.e. dry, just like nowadays' Chinese green teas. Kama-iri means then tea roasted in a cauldron. Please store in the fridge.(English translation: Matcha Kama-iri) This tea is meant for Chanoyu (the japanese tea ceremony) and suitable for for Usucha (thin tea). -

A nice Japanese green tea produced in the Kama-iri way. This means that it is not heated above hot steam (as most Japanese teas are), but only in a wok, i.e. dry, just like nowadays' Chinese green teas. Kama-iri means then tea roasted in a cauldron.
