Chaye Zhoumo / A tea weekend

With our CHAYE ZHOUMO - A TEA WEEKEND we are thrilled to organize a new format, unique and in-depth, with tastings of exceptional teas that we believe are hardly to find. Our aim is to bring together tea enthusiasts from across Europe and to share with you some of our most precious, interesting and wild treasures.

We strive to offer the participants an insight into the world of tea as deep as it is possible in three days. From Assam CTC to Laobanzhang Danzhu, with over four hundred teas in stock, we believe we have an outstanding selection worth of further exploring. With our longstanding network of producers, we have access to amazing rarities produced in finest, artisanal, skilled work that we would like to share with other tea lovers.

The whole weekend, we will be drinking around fifty teas, most of them high-end quality from rare gardens, with a few simpler ones to compare. Amongst others, there will be the opportunity to compare ten different qualities of Long Jing, or ten different Sheng Pu Er from 2014-2023 plucked in the same garden, or thirty-five different sub-cultivars of Shui Xian.

Three days of learning through tasting and sharing. Three days of celebrating tea.

Introductory Course in English 2024

Gong Fu Cha

Gaining insight into the rich world of tea in a compact form of the introductory course in English during two Weekends in April 2024.
During the first weekend, we discover the processing of tea, its roots in various cultures, its preparation and how to use our sensory experience to enjoy it. The second weekend is dedicated to advanced tastings and exploring the many flavors of the tea plant, from every day teas to exquisite delicacies.
