This brochure was created in the frame of the tea school and is thought as part of the teaching material Tea - basic course for professional colleges. The brochure offers to teachers the relevant background knowledge to introduce students into the subject tea within two hours. The brochure offers an overview over all the different areas, which significantly influence the wealth of the tea world to all interested people.
