One of the classic Russian tea mixtures.

A blend of black teas from Assam (India) and Ceylon (Sri Lanka).

Samowar-teas: prepare the tea extract for the whole content of the samowar. Put a little of the extract into the cup and fill it up with the hot water from the samowar. Sweeten and/or serve with jelly fruit.
