    Jiang Mu Xiang
    Jiangmuxiang means ginger scent and refers to the characteristic fragrance and aftertaste reminiscent of ginger flowers. It belongs to the Phoenix type Huamixiang (nectar fragrance) and is one of their most sought-after. According to legend, the mother tree was planted during the Ming Dynasty; the oldest surviving tree is near Fengxi village at 830 metres above sea level. Another name for this tea is Tongtianxiang, fragrance through the sky.
