In the Chinese tradition, tea is being served to the guests as an expression of the host’s esteem and appreciation for them.
There has been a movement in the gastronomic worldthroughout these last years that cannot be explained only by the term “trend”: the guest wishes, after having enjoyed a delicious menu with fresh ingredients from the market and selected wines, to round up this delightful experience in an adequate way. A cheap teabag does not furnish this suitable end.
Looking for alternatives we meet the following questions: which kinds of tea do your guests enjoy? How is a specific tea offered in an appealing way, correctly prepared and served in a way that is inviting?
For over twenty-five years we have been investigating on these questions, looking for practical solutions for the gastronomy and we now share our knowledge and solutions in the form of according counselling and training.
