Description:
A truly genuine Qimen (Keemun) black tea of top quality. This originally produced tea comes from the area where this type was traditionally produced. It is made as a whole leaf tea of the Xiangluo type (meaning fragrant snail). On the one hand, this describes the aroma and aspect of the tea but on the other hand, it also designates the exact process of production: contrary to other Qimen Hongcha, this tea is shaped and dried in the wok by hand.
Character:
Full and simultaneously light and soft. It reminds of roses and slightly bitter chocolate, enclosed by a delicate smoky note.
