A strongly roasted Gui Fei of highest quality from Mount Meishan at the slopes of Mount Alishan. From the 2008 harvest and carefully stored in Taiwan until spring 2013. A High Mountain Tea (Gao Shan Cha) from leaves that were infested by insects, traditionally crafted.
Character:
A fresh summer morning on a stony mountain. As if one was sitting in a warm wooden shack, following the fruity, sweet fragrances that the wind is bringing by.

Description:
A very beautiful High Mountain Tea (Gaoshancha) from Mount Ali from the harvest of 1999 and gently roasted. Through the long keeping, the tea shows very pronounced notes of maturity. Stored in Taiwan until the end of 2015.
Character:
Beautiful notes of wood, its intensity reminds of bulky old furniture, elegant pieces of clothing from times past and at the same time it has wild tastes of earth, rocks and moss. Most peculiar connections become apparent.

A very fine specimen of a post-roasted and stored Bao Zhong (formerly: Paochung) from the 1992 harvest, stored in Taiwan until 2012. The infusion now has a radiant dark brown colour, the aroma is fuller.
Character:
Intense, many-layered taste, pleasant earthy-mineral notes of maturity and a whiff of fine roasted wheat.

Description:
Original Dong Ding of the 1980 harvest in very good quality. It has been rolled in the original way, i.e. it does not have the perfect and beautiful ball-shape as we know it today. Moderately roasted and stored in Taiwan until 2011.

Dongding is the name of a mountain where tea has been produced since approximately 1850. The gardens are situated at an altitude of approximately 800 meters and are thus not considered High Mountain Teas. Nonetheless, the climate is very well suited for growing teas of excellent quality: often sunny in the morning, foggy in the afternoon, and frequently windy.
Character:
A tea of delicate maturity, mineral lightness and the warmth of wood.

A roasted Gui Fei of top quality made from the varietal Rougui. This varietal has been smuggled out of China to Taiwan and planted there. This tea has been produced from the 2004 harvest of tea leaves that have been attacked by insects. It has been rolled with great care in the traditional manner and shaped into oblong lumps, instead of the usual balls. Stored in Taiwan until 2015.
Character:
Flowery, fruity, honey-sweet - direct and intense. The sweet intensity in combination with clear and slightly tart notes and very pleasant aromas.
