  1. Huang Ye Cha

    Huang Ye Cha
A Bai Hao Yin Zhen of great quality, plucked from wild tea bushes. Wilted under the sun and dried over charcoal. During the second half of the 20th century many tea gardens have been abandoned. These are now being cleared from shrubs, weeds and bamboo to make them accessible again. From these gardens, wild teas are being made. For this type of tea the term Yehuangcha has evolved in Chinese, meaning wild, fallow tea.
