  1. Ostfriesland - Ostfriesentee

With "Kluntje" and "Wulkje", the powerful eastern frisian tea is more than the little borther of the "Afternoon tea".

  2. Ostfriesentee

    Ostfriesentee
One of the classic German tea blends.

A blend of black teas from Assam (India) and Sri Lanka.

East Frisian tea: the East Frisian tea is drunk in three layers. On the top hovers the cloud of cream (Wulkje, little cloud), in the centre there is the strong and somewhat bitter tea, and at the bottom, the big piece of rock sugar (Kluntje, little lump) makes the rest taste sweet. In East Frisia the saying goes that every layer asks for the next, and this is why it is impossible to stop drinking tea.

Preparation: make your tea stronger than usually, put a piece of rock sugar into the cup, pour over the tea and carefully place a spoonful of cream on top.
