    Hong Guan Yin
A wonderful Tieguanyin black tea, i.e. a black tea made from Oolong tea-plants. It is for this reason that the tea does not have red-golden tips. The tea has been shaped into semi-lumps (Ban Qiu Xing) like Tieguanyin-Oolong. This particular tea has been beautifully crafted on Mount Bijiashan, in the south-west of the city of Anxi. It has only been a few years that black tea has been produced there. Usually this particular producer makes classic and modern variations of the An Xi Tie Guan, the most famous of Minnan Oolong.
