  3. Shi Gu Ping Wu Long

    Shi Gu Ping Wu Long
Shiguping Wulong is a very particular and rare tea from an old variety. It is an old local variety from the village of Shiguping and one of the oldest Oolong-varieties. It is NOT a sub-variety of the Shuixian variety, hence it is, strictly speaking, not a Feng Huang Dan Cong. Shi Gu Ping has much thicker leaves than Shuixian and it can thus be shaken more vigorously before the process of oxidation. On the other hand, this tea is less intensely roasted than Phoenix tea made from the Shuixian plant.
  4. Rou Gui Xiang

    Rou Gui Xiang
A Feng Huang Dan Cong (Phoenix tea) in really good quality from the sub-varietal Rou Gui Xiang, which means Cinnamon Scent. A typical Phoenix, neither specially light nor dark. Moderately roasted on charcoal from litchi wood.
  5. Feng Huang Dan Cong

    Feng Huang Dan Cong
Simple and budget-priced Feng Huang Dan Cong (Phoenix tea) Milanxiang (of the sub-varietal white leaf) processed in the typical way, lightly roasted above charcoal.
