Ben Shan
A beautiful Minnan Oolong made from the tea-variety Benshan. Benshan are often sold as Tie Guan Yin, since Tie Guan Yin can be sold at a higher price than Benshan, due to the reputation of the name. This tea was produced in Xiping, which is considered the origine of Anxi Oolong. The tea has been oxidised while being chilled and it has not been roasted. -
Anxi Oolong Grade 2
A simple Anxi Oolong made from the Benshan variety tea plant, which is native to Anxi and often sold by mistake as Tieguanyin, which ist a more common name. This Benshan is lightly roasted and replaces the currently unavailable Maoxie.This tea is also available in the sustainably produced box of our Édition collection: Anxi Édition Classique
